A local water crew, based in Fruitvale

Why this work matters

Water damage is scary and it moves fast. Most people have never dealt with a flooded floor or a ceiling coming down, and the companies they reach are often a call center three states away. Aqua Angels is the opposite: a local East Oakland crew that a real person answers, that heads out fast, and that treats your home like it is their own.

This is water-only work. Slab leaks, burst and corroded pipes, appliance and supply-line failures, water heater ruptures, ceiling and roof leaks, winter storm flooding, sewage backups, extraction, and structural drying. Not a plumber and not a remodel pitch: the only job is to stop the spread, pull the water, dry the structure, and document it so your claim moves.

Held to the IICRC S500 standard

Every dry-out follows the IICRC S500 standard, the industry standard for structural drying: map the moisture, extract, then run air movers and dehumidifiers and take daily readings until the material reads dry against a reference, not just dry on the surface. The crew tells you plainly what can be dried in place and what cannot, and documents the loss for your insurer.
